She holds a Doctorate in Human Resource Management, a Master of Science in Counselling Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration—a powerful combination that blends business strategy, human behaviour, and education into one impactful approach. Dr. Bloomfield’s expertise spans educational leadership, staff development, psychosocial support, and organizational training. She has successfully designed and facilitated workshops, led outreach initiatives, and delivered high-impact programmes for students, educators, corporate teams, and public sector professionals.
